Check out the $6M Malibu Mansion Frank Ocean & Dina Manzo Both Lived In
The musician and The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum both resided in this mid-century ranch in Malibu.
After growing up, getting married, and having her daughter, Lexi, in New Jersey, Dina Manzo decided to try life on the West Coast. She packed up and moved to Southern California, where the The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum leased a mid-century ranch in Malibu from a family who owned it for over 50 years. She later bought a home elsewhere in the region and put it on the market for $3.5 million this past July.
The Malibu ranch that she leased, a five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 2,802-square-foot home that sits on 1.5 acres, was purchased by a notable new owner back in 2016, and his identity has just been made public. According to Variety, popular but reclusive music artist Frank Ocean quietly paid $6.35 million for the property.
The publication reported that aerial photographs of the property have been snapped and appear to show a property under renovation, and then found a January citation issued to Frank Ocean (real name: Christopher Cooksey) by the city of Malibu for renovating without a permit.
He may be busy making the property more incredible than it already is — and he's got a lot of greatness to work with here. Take a tour of the home below!
