Jennifer Aydin recently sat down with the Daily Dish podcast to chat about the show and her busy life as a The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member — and while there, she just so happened to touch upon a subject near and dear to Home & Design: her XXXL home in New Jersey!
As viewers of the show are well aware by now, Jennifer and her family live in a super large manse in Paramus (take a tour of the home here) that is famously equipped with no less than 16 bathrooms, a fact that may strike some as excessive.
Well, for the first time, Jennifer reveals that she never intended for the house to be equipped with so many loos, but was talked into it by her architect.
“I didn’t want 16 bathrooms,” she told the Daily Dish. “I asked the architect if there is any way around that, but he said, ‘Unless you want to just have one bathroom on the first floor,’ which I was not willing to do, he’s like, ‘You’ve got to keep it like that.’” She added, “Blame the architect! I don’t know, I just pay the bills.”
Jennifer also revealed that if you include the two bathrooms in the pool house, the accurate number of bathrooms is actually 18. But who's counting! She wants listeners to know she is definitely not bragging. She is just very proud of the newly built house.
