This Is the Contouring Spa Treatment Dolores Catania Uses to Get Her “Summer Body”

It's been a chilly March in New Jersey so far, but Dolores Catania is already thinking way ahead to summer. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is getting ready for swimsuit season, and she's got a two-pronged approach. Dolores has been Instagramming from her gym where she's been working out with a trainer. Then, she's hitting up Prism Med Spa too. 

"In addition to working out more, I am getting the Venus legacy treatment at @prismmedspa for skin tightening, fat melting, and body sculpting results," Dolores wrote in her caption for an Instagram video from the spa. "Even though it is freezing right now, and I need to get my summer body on!"

So what's the Venus Legacy treatment? It's a way to body contour using a non-invasive medical device that tightens skin and wrinkles with radio frequency and electro magnetic fields, according to the website. 

Dolores always tells it like it when it comes to beautifying procedures, and she's vouching for this one. "As you all know I am very open, honest and transparent with all my procedures and will only ever recommend ones that I have tried myself," she wrote on Instagram.
