What Did Margaret Josephs Do with Her Bridesmaid Dress from Danielle Staub's Wedding?
The Real Housewives of New Jersey business mogul gave her pretty pink dress a surprising second life.
Danielle Staub's 2018 wedding in the Bahamas had a "Bimini Bliss" theme. And, um, at least the fashion was pretty blissful? (Lest we need to remind you, the ensuing marriage was ... well, not as such.) Danielle made one sexy bride in her curve-clinging lace, while her bridesmaids walked down the sandy aisle in lovely pink gowns. The whole thing came together beautifully from a style perspective — peep the clip above to get a quick refresher on that.
Now, for a bit of a The Real Housewives of New Jersey refresher: One of Danielle's 'maids was Margaret Josephs. Since the wedding, the two women have drifted apart so majorly that we can't imagine that Margaret would hang onto a keepsake from the day. So, whatever happened to that pretty pink dress?
Based on an April 4 Instagram Story, it looks like the style will be in good hands — and benefiting a good cause. Margaret's 'gram showed the dress displayed on a silent-auction table, next to a photo of Danielle and her bridesmaids in Bimini.
"Just one of the many items getting auctioned off tonight for [Fashion With Compassion]," Margaret wrote. "It's caused some drama now it's raising money for a good cause!!"
A good cause indeed: The Fashion With Compassion event benefitted the St. Joseph's Health Children's Hospital. So in the end, no matter its sordid past, this dress gets a big yes.
