Margaret Josephs' Facelift: Her Post-Surgery New Look Revealed

Margaret Josephs isn't afraid to go under the knife in the name of beauty. And as it turns out, her dedication to looking "fresh" runs in the family! In the video above, The Real Housewives of New Jersey pal (watch full episodes here) and her mother Marge Senior spoke to The Lookbook about plastic surgery. And let's just say, they are not against it. 

"I think we should go in [on a] two-for-one facelift," Margaret joked back then, though of course both ladies looked lovely. She added: "We both could use a little jowl lift ... we definitely need a little tweaking." 

Well, you heard it there first! As we saw on Season 9, Marge Senior eventually did go in for a "little tweaking," getting a facelift as her daughter waited anxiously in the waiting room. Throughout the rest of the Season, Margaret contemplated whether she, too, should get the surgery. Then, in the Season finale, we learned that she has.
