Not My Style

Caroline explains why she showed friends the book, and why she'd do it again.

By Caroline Manzo

Hello Again! Well, here we are, at the end of the road...it's been quite a journey to say the very least, I hope that us "Jersey Girls" have entertained you over the past six weeks!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

Before I write my blog I just need to address a couple of questions about wardrobe...the grey elephant t-shirt is by Lauren Moshi, the black tunic I wore in AC is by Peppermint Bay, the silk Kimono dress Lauren wore is by Meghan Fabulous...all were purchased at Maluka, in Wyckoff, NJ. You can also see their stuff online at shopmaluka.com.

Also, the white Tunic I wore in the preview show was Trina Turk, the dress I wore on the Z100 interview was also Trina Turk, the blue and green tunic was Tory Burch, the light blue and white tunic was J. Mclaughlin, and all of these items were purchased at BB Clover Boutique in HoHoKus, NJ.

The jewelry I wear on my neck is a "Frog Prince," from Aaron Basha (on Madison Ave. in NYC or Neiman's, Saks.) The other piece is a turquoise and diamond ball that I received as a gift while in the Middle East a few years ago.

As far as my sausage and potato recipe goes, I PROMISE TO POST IT!

I hope I remembered everything...

OK, here goes....

Teresa and Dina going through Teresa's house was nice to see. Teresa and Joe worked very hard to achieve their dream, and I enjoy watching how proud she is of it. Job well done, I wish them nothing but health, happiness, love, and good times for years to come in making their new house a home.

Dina and Lexi are a riot! Did you see all that candy??? Lex, what is up with that?! I'm happy that Dina finally made a decision regarding her career. It was her decision to make, and I applaud her for her courage to walk away from a glamorous career in order to be there for Lexi. It was a sacrifice on her part, and I respect her for that. Let's hope Lexi doesn't drive her nuts!

Someone posted in the blog last week that they were disappointed that Al got At'as from a breeder, rather than adopting. Well, as a matter of fact, I have adopted not one, but two Jack Russels...Harley and Davidson over the past few years. My sister Fran is a HUGE animal activist that is very heavily involved in animal rescues of all types...trust me I know, as she usually brings them over my house to sleep for a day or so until they get adopted!

Atlas was a gift from Al for my birthday last year. He is my gorgeous, dopey, beautiful puppy that I absolutely adore. He is also my protector. Although the scene may look a little extreme, you need to understand the nature of a shepherd - they are a working class dog that thrives on this. This is why shepherds are generally used by the Military and law enforcement. PS. Since taping I have a new member of my family. "Chaos" a female shepherd who is part of a litter that Bernie's dog Duke sired. Bernie and Hala gave me Chaos as a gift this past Christmas.

OK, enough small talk, let's discuss the dinner. First of all I'd like to thank Teresa and Joe again for what was supposed to be a nice dinner among friends. Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way, and it still bothers me to think about it. If you've noticed, I've been very quiet in my blog for the past six weeks in regards to Danielle. I just don't want to discuss her. She is invisible to me. I will say this: I was the one who showed the book, and I showed it to TWO people who are friends of mine. This will be addressed later in the reunion show, so watch and see. It was not done with malice, but out of concern, and fear. Guess what? I'D DO IT AGAIN. I've been getting some comments saying that I should forgive her for her past, and this is true to a degree, but there has been so much behind the scenes that the viewers don't see. My feelings towards Danielle have NOTHING to do with her past, and this too will be addressed in the reunion show. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea that I may have been protecting Dina. If you know anything about me at all, you will know I truly believe that "If you make your bed, you must lie in it." If Dina did in fact show the book I would have let her fight her own battle. She doesn't need me to lie for her, and I wouldn't have. Not my style. There was also a ot of family drama going on that day. This made me cry when I saw it played out on national TV. I will say only this - all is not as it appears. Tune in later...

On a positive note, welcome Nicholas Francis Laurita! You have been a long time coming and we are thrilled to finally meet you! He is absolutely gorgeous. Momma and baby are healthy and happy to be home!

Again, many, many, thanks for watching!
