Jacqueline Laurita's daughter Ashlee Holmes Malleo is a super talented makeup artist. Not only can The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter create a flawless, glowing glam beat, but she also has a knack for extremely lifelike and often scary special effects makeup. However, she isn't the only one in her family with some serious makeup skills. In fact, Ashlee has her momma to thank for her first introduction to all things beauty.
During a fan Q&A session on Instagram, someone asked Ashlee, "How did you learn to do makeup?" The mom and Podcaster replied, "I learned by watching my mom do her own makeup. She's a cosmetologist." For those who aren't aware, Jacqueline has years of experience in the beauty world. She even co-authored Get It! A Beauty, Style and Wellness Guide To Getting Your 'It' Together, which is full of hair and makeup tips.
Ashlee also looked for inspiration in other places. She added, "I would just watch different films and try to replicate certain looks myself. I always thought I was nailing it until I went to makeup school haha." Ashlee shared that she attended school Make-up Designory in Burbank, California and she "loved it."
