Dolores Catania Just Got an Apartment in New York City: "Getting Used to My Freedom"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is heading to NYC and not moving into her boyfriend David's new house — here's why.
On Season 10 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, we've watched Dolores Catania and her ex-husband Frank build a dream home for Dolores' boyfriend, David Principe. The home has tons of features that were tailored to Dolores, including a chandelier-studded closet that accommodates her floor-grazing gowns. But don't let that throw you: Dolores still isn't moving in with David just yet. In fact, she's moving somewhere else entirely.
Chatting with The New York Post recently, Dolores dropped this real-estate bombshell: "I got an apartment in the city. I always dreamed about living in the city.” The former cop revealed that her pied-à-terre will be in New York City's Financial District, and that she'll move in in May and stay through the summer.
Dolores will have plenty of company. "There’s a rooftop, and I’m, like, ‘Whoa. I’m going to have friends over.’ I’ve never had that before,'" she told The Post. And, she'll have a roommate: Dolores' son Frankie will also live in the city pad while he interns at at investment bank this summer.
As for her BF David, here's the latest: "David will probably be moving into his house, like, this week,” she said. "[I'm] finally just getting used to my freedom.”
