Palermo's Bakery has created many a sweet, magical moment for The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members. The East Coast cake-maker was behind Teresa Giudice's stunning 47th birthday cake — and that's just for starters. Jennifer Aydin's anniversary cake came from the same spot, and so did Gino Gorga's 13th birthday treat. (We could go on.) So, when Dolores Catania wanted to surprise her kiddos with something sweet, she knew just where to turn.
In a recent Instagram share, the New Jersey mama shared videos of herself giving treats to her son, Frankie, and her daughter, Gabby. "Its not easy to buy for big kids anymore so I surprised them with their life-themed cakes from [Palermo's Bakery]," she wrote.
For Frankie, a life-themed dessert included symbols of the stock market and a replica of the New York City skyline, as well as edible gold bars. Meanwhile, veterinary student Gabby got a cake studded with animals and topped with a stethoscope.
The sugary surprises went over well. "Their excitement exceed expectations, just so cool!!!!" Dolores wrote. "Thank you [Palermo's] for making these memories even more special."
