Dolores Catania Shares Her Honest Thoughts on Teresa Giudice's Wedding Hair
Dolores revealed new details about her RHONJ castmate's $10,000 wedding hairstyle.
On Teresa Giudice's wedding day, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member had a towering hairstyle that cost $10,000 to complete. In a recent interview, Dolores Catania, who served as a bridesmaid, shared her thoughts on Teresa's unforgettable look.
"Her hair was Teresa. It was f--king Teresa, OK?" Dolores told Us Weekly at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 28. "She could pull it off."
Dolores, who dazzled at the VMAs in a skirt and matching crop top, went on to reveal how Teresa initially felt about the hairstyle before she walked down the aisle. "When I got there, we were both like, 'It's a little high.' Me and her were both, like, agreeing about this in the bathroom. And then we decided...it was anchored in, so whatever the decision was, was [going] to stay."
According to Page Six, Teresa's wedding hairstylist, Lucia Casazza, shared in an interview on Andy Cohen's Sirius XM radio show that she used more than 1,500 bobby pins and a custom mesh piece with $7,000 worth of human hair extensions to complete the look. “You go big or you go home," Casazza said, per the outlet. "[Teresa] said, ‘My hair has to be over the top.'”
