See Jennifer Aydin's Sweet Orthodox Easter Celebration in Her Gorgeous NJ Mansion
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom and her family celebrated the holiday at home amid the global pandemic.
Jennifer Aydin and her family have been self-quarantining inside their massive Paramus, New Jersey mansion for weeks now amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. During this time, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom has been homeschooling her brood and keeping everyone busy with indoor basketball games and fun family movie nights. (Yes, they have an in-home screening room and yes, it’s totally fabulous!) Jennifer also had a birthday recently, but she made it pretty clear how she felt about that, writing on Instagram, "I feel good, guys, and I'm going to go try to have a happy birthday. And I'm looking on the bright side: This year just doesn't count! So, we don't age this year, people, how about that?"
Finally this weekend, the family of seven had a reason to get dressed up — Orthodox Easter! “The Lord Is Risen! Happy Orthodox Easter! We got dressed up today!” Jennifer wrote alongside a gallery of images, showing the family dressed in their Easter finest, posing on the home’s grand central staircase and in front of the incredibly ornate fireplace.
Jennifer had dyed Easter eggs awaiting the kids in the morning atop her massive kitchen island, where she also had baskets and chocolate treats for them. The family then “attended” mass from the comfort of their huge sectional sofa in the living room flanking the kitchen — looks like the perfect day, Aydin family.
