Kathy Wakile and husband Rich Wakile commemorated their 30th wedding anniversary with a show-stopping cake. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alums celebrated their latest relationship milestone at a surprise party thrown by family and friends that included an incredible pizza-shaped dessert.
On October 9, Kathy and Rich’s daughter Victoria took to her instagram Stories to share a peek inside the party, which took place at local wood-fired eatery, Brick + Dough. In keeping with the theme, the RHONJ couple closed out the night by slicing into a multi-tier cake designed to look like a cut pepperoni pie sitting on top of a stack of pizza boxes. As captured in the snapshot below, the intricately designed confection also featured a faux check that read, “Happy 30th anniversary!”
Victoria gave a shout-out to the bakery behind the lavish dessert, writing, “No party is complete without the @cakewhisperernj.”
Kathy also offered a glimpse at the memorable cake on her own Instagram, reposting a photo from The Cake Whisperer. “This cake. Another delicious masterpiece,” she wrote in the caption.
