Kathy Wakile's Son Joseph Turned 25 With an Incredible Cake Featuring His Face
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Kathy Wakile staged a surprise party with a fabulous cake.
Joseph Wakile just turned 25 years old, and his family pulled out all the stops to make his birthday special. In an Instagram post from March 14, Kathy Wakile shared a sweet tribute to her son, along with snaps from what seems to have been a surprise party.
"25 Years of Wonderful For the One Who is Always Doing For Everyone —SURPRISE! Happy Birthday," The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum wrote in her post. Her snaps shared a look inside the family celebration, which included a whimsical cake from The Cake Whisperer.
Described as a "Bitmoji birthday cake," the dessert had a cartoon-style image of Joseph on top — and party guests carried matching Bitmoji signs.
On his own feed, Joseph shared his appreciation for everyone who helped him celebrate. "Couldn’t take my smile away if you tried. As [cliché] as it sounds, blessed is truly an understatement," the 25-year-old wrote. "Thank you to everyone for coming and especially to [my family] for getting everyone I love in a room to celebrate my 25th. See y’all at 50."
The treats didn't end with cake. Kathy also shared snaps from a decadent bagel "birthday brunch."
