Margaret Josephs Shares an Exciting Update on Her Home Renovation
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has some notable house upgrades “being completed now.”

In 2021, Margaret Josephs showed off her transformed home after a years-long renovation process. Although The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member finally had the kitchen, ballroom, office, and outdoor kitchen of her dreams, the home still wasn’t totally complete. At the time, Margaret shared that there was still work to be done upstairs, and in October 2022, she revealed she was putting a pool in her backyard.
Last month, Margaret gave an exciting update on her renovation during a text Q&A session with fans. “We are doing a huge pool right now, and we’re doing a ton of landscaping!” she wrote. “And a [primary bathroom] is being completed now, so people will get to see that soon.”
While speaking with BravoTV.com in 2021, Margaret opened up about the intense process of creating her dream home. “[Updating] a 115-year-old house isn’t like building a new house. I had a feeling it was gonna take a while. I mean, not this long,” she said. “A renovation like this is not for the faint of heart.”
Still, now that it’s nearly complete, Margaret feels the efforts have paid off. The house, she said in the same interview, “transports you to a different time and place… It’s high Hollywood vintage glamour.”
Margaret’s RHONJ castmate Dolores Catania also recently debuted her renovated home, which, like Margaret’s, includes the addition of a pool. In the video below, Dolores shows the gorgeous details of her backyard and declares, “I’ve waited my whole life to have a pool.”
