Melissa Gorga Reveals Her Montville, NJ House "Is Officially Sold"
After 12 years in the gorgeous abode, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is "excited to start new beginnings."
After more than a decade of living in their Montville, New Jersey home, Melissa Gorga and her family are saying goodbye to the gorgeous abode.
"Our family home for the last 12 years is Officially Sold," The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member wrote in a December 14 Instagram post. "We’ve made so many memories in this home. We were blessed to be able to share so many of them with all of you, [Bravo] & the [RHONJ] viewers. I love that I can always watch the reruns and remember the good times we had in it... I’m excited to start new beginnings with my family."
Melissa and Joe Gorga put the 6 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom home on the market for the first time in 2017 for $3.5 million. After being on and off the market in the years that followed, Melissa announced in July 2020 that the couple was once again listing the house, this time for $2.95 million. “It’s back on the market baby! My Re Done home,” Melissa captioned an Instagram photo at the time. “[Joe] & I built this beauty from the ground up. You should be so lucky to live in it.”
Over the last several months, the family has been spending plenty of time at their $1 million Jersey Shore vacation home, located right on Barnegat Bay. Melissa and Joe recently upgraded the 3,500-square-foot property by adding an incredible new pool house to their patio space. "Joe built this. You guys know we do construction, so this is what we do," Melissa said in an Instagram Story video at the time while showing off the new addition. "I designed it all. So cute."
