Children's parties have certainly been a hot topic among The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members, so, unsurprisingly, Melissa Gorga made sure to give her son Joey a memorable 10th birthday fete — even as their family is hunkered down at home.

How to Watch

In an Instagram post shared by Melissa on April 27, she smiled alongside Joe Gorga, their daughter Antonia Gorga, and Joey in front of a variety of colorful balloons. In the sweet photo, Joey proudly showed off his birthday treats: a tray of cupcakes frosted with white, blue, yellow, or green icing.

"This is 10!! Happy Birthday [Joey] We love you so much," Melissa wrote, before noting the absence of their son Gino in the snap. "Thanks for the [photo] Gino!!! Quarantine birthday."

Later in the day, Melissa shared yet another impressive balloon display for the birthday boy, this time with a sports theme featuring a basketball, baseball, soccer ball, and multiple footballs mixed in with teal, black and silver balloons. Additionally, two gold number balloons forming a "10" rested at the bottom of the display.  Thanking La Bella Bash balloon artists, Melissa captioned the photo:  "Such a fun surprise for Joey!"

When an eagle-eyed fan noted the house didn't look familiar, Antonia replied that the family is at their shore house. While celebrating a 10-year-old's birthday in the $1M home's all-white eat-in kitchen may seem like a messy disaster waiting to happen, Melissa shared last year that her countertop is made of quartz, which tends to make for easy cleanups.

"The quartz is so low maintenance and fresh and clean and pretty," she said of her counter at the time. "And the best part about it, if you ask me, are these waterfall edges. That's what everybody loves about it, just like this neat, clean edge. I feel like that's so in right now... if you're looking for countertops, this is the way to go."

With balloons, cupcakes, and the 3,500-square-foot home's seaside deck, pool, and covered patio, Joey's birthday was likely a blast for the entire family.
