Here's What Teresa Giudice & Her Daughters Are Cooking in Self-Isolation
The Real Housewives of New Jersey family is whipping up some seriously delicious-looking meals.
On a recent trip to the grocery store, Teresa Giudice was surprised at what she saw. Or rather, she was surprised at what she didn't see.
Scanning the shelves of her local supermarket amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the panic shopping that's ensued, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom said, "Look, there’s no chicken. Are you kidding me?"
Luckily, it looks like the mom of four has been able to stock up on supplies since then. As recent Instagram Stories show, Teresa has been cooking up a storm in her New Jersey kitchen, whipping up large portions of comfort food for herself and her family. And yes, some of those cozy dishes include chicken.
In Teresa's March 26 Instagram shares, a giant pot of lentil soup was steaming on the stovetop. There was also a saucepan holding a simmering batch of potatoes, peppers, and chicken. As you can see, it all looked pretty Fabulicious:
The next morning, it was 15-year-old Gabriella's turn to man the stove. Watching her daughter fold eggs, bacon, and cheese into a tortilla, the New Jersey mom said: "Oh, Gabriella, it looks good! ... She's quite the cook."
For her next trick, the rising chef made what Teresa described as an "egg, bacon, hot cherry pepper, cheese quesadilla." She added: "So good, Gabriella, you can cook in my kitchen anytime ... Hot cherry peppers. My kind of quesadillas."
