Teresa Giudice makes no secret about her dedication to staying in shape. The Real Housewives of New Jersey fitness and yoga enthusiast keeps her sculpted physique thanks to her rigorous workout routine. But when it comes to maintaining her glow, Teresa turns to the experts. In a recent Instagram post, the New Jersey mom revealed the long-lasting, non-surgical face and neck treatment that she swears by to keep her skin looking tight and right.

Teresa consulted friend and certified dermatologist Dr. Margarita Lolis for a scalpel-free session designed to keep your skin building collagen for naturally added oomph to your face, neck, and chest. According to Dr. Lolis' Instagram, Ultherapy is the "ultimate anti-aging treatment" and can provide results that last anywhere from one to two years after administering — plus there's no downtime so you can go from the chair to school pick-up without skipping a beat.

Ultherapy is, as noted on Dr. Lolis' website, an advanced micro-focused ultrasound technology that improves the tone and texture of the skin — almost like having a facelift minus the surgery.

"This treatment helps to stimulate and build collagen deep in your skin for natural, long lasting lifting of the face and neck," Teresa explained in her Instagram post. "This treatment was done in 2 hours with no downtime. Results last 1-2 years!!!"
