Well, The Real Housewives of New Jersey beauty is sharing a little glimpse at her rigorous workout routine, and let's just say it isn't for the lazy among us. Teresa teamed up with trainer Louis Todaro for a grueling gym session and we're definitely taking notes so we can perfect our beach bodies

On March 3, Teresa took to her Instagram Stories to share several videos in which her trainer walked followers through her routine. The cookbook author and fitness fiend completes several reps with weights to keep her sculpted bod: From dumbbell lifts to triceps curls, Teresa can do it all. Throughout her gym time, Teresa made sure to hold her position to maximize each move and activate her core strength. 

It's no wonder that Teresa is able to keep her lean frame and toned muscles — she puts in the work!
