Teresa Giudice Is Addressing Those Cheating Rumors After Returning from Italy
The RHONJ mom opens up about her marriage to Joe Giudice.
When the Season 10 trailer for The Real Housewives of New Jersey dropped, the emotional preview for the season included Teresa Giudice dealing with allegations that she had been unfaithful to her husband during his time in prison. In an interview with ET this week, she's addressing the gossip surrounding her private life.
"I'm standing strong. I am who I am. And you know, I'm confident. ... What, like I can't have a drink? Like, what's wrong with that? It's like, I can't socialize? What's wrong with that?" she said. "It's nobody's business who I socialize with," she adds. "I have a good time just like they have a good time. So, if they have something to say, they can say it to my face and I will respond."
Teresa and Joe both addressed their marriage and if either of them have been unfaithful during their sit-down with Andy Cohen last month, and she once again discussed if she believes that Joe has been faithful to her in her interview with ET: "I mean, I never caught him. I mean, he was photographed with people. You know, he said nothing happened so, you know, I believed him. Obviously, 'cause we still stayed together. But I guess that's in the past now and I'm just like, whatever."
Teresa and the couple's four daughters just returned home after visiting Joe in Italy, where he is waiting on a final decision to be made in connection with his appeal in his ongoing deportation case. She noted that this trip "was all about the kids" and didn't have a definitive answer on what might be next for her and her husband of twenty years: "We're just taking it day by day and seeing, you know, we'll see what happens."
She added, however, that "we're both in a good place... You know, we both want each other to be happy, which, that's the most important thing. And our both common denominator is our four daughters. Like, of course, we're going to do what it takes for the happiness of our daughters, so that's our goal. Like, as long as they're happy, we're happy. And of course, they want us to be happy, like, there's not going to be any bickering or anything like that, like, so past that. You know, think of where he was, he was in a bad place, so you know he took a lot of frustration out on the kids and myself because he was in a hell hole, basically, that's where he was."
