Jackie Goldschneider and husband Evan have learned a lot about each other over the course of their relationship, which is not surprising given that they have been married for nearly 15 years.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

In the last 12 months, especially, they have gained even more insight about one another and just how strong their bond is amid the ups and downs of living through a pandemic -- as well dealing with rumors about their marriage as seen in Season 11 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, during the February 17 premiere episode.

Bravo Insider spoke to the RHONJ couple about their relationship via phone ahead of the Season 11 premiere and they reflected on it all.

"Something that happened on the show this year that everyone will see soon showed me just that nothing can break me and Evan. And that our love for each other and our trust for each other, just there’s nothing that can come between that," Jackie said during the exclusive interview.

She continued about this new season, "I think that it was -- it’s definitely a little controversial. I think that it got a little bit dirty, which is okay. I’m so proud of the way that Evan and I handled everything and proud of how he reacted. I’m proud of the decisions we made together [like] putting family first. And I’m so pleased at the way that everything ended up. And I think that even though the first half of the season was really, really difficult for us, the second half of the season is a lot lighter and a lot more, you see a lot more of a fun side of us. I just love that. I think that you’ll see you get everything from us this season. Evan’s on a lot, which I love."

"Before the season, I felt like I was a pledge, but now I feel like I’m a full brother of the show," Evan said, adding that he does watch the show with his wife.

Season 11 marks the third season Jackie has shared her life with RHONJ viewers, taking fans home with her and giving them a peak at her life as a mom to four kids (two sets of twins!), as well as what her romance with Evan looks like behind closed doors.

"What [have] we realized from watching it back? You know, sometimes it’s hard because you have to reveal things. And sometimes, you’re not sure how the other person's gonna feel about [you] revealing it. But, you know, I think we learned that there’s nothing that’s worth getting super upset with each other over. If something’s a little embarrassing, we learned to roll with the punches a little. I think at first it was a lot, it was very jarring to watch it back," she said. "But, you know, now we’re used to it."

While Evan noted that in the beginning of their RHONJ journey it felt "different," especially when it came to getting used to seeing himself on camera because he said that was "jarring," he noted that "because she was happy, it, it made me happy. So it's kind of happy wife, happy life. But, I was legitimately happy that she was doing something that brought her joy... But in terms of any relationship [stuff], I was so happy that she was happy and she was legitimately herself, too, which I like."

Being on RHONJ means that fans get to know the man that Jackie loves. "I love that the world got to see the man that I know. He’s the best dad; he’s so devoted to his family. He’s always with the kids, and the sports training, that takes a lot of effort. Dads don’t do that, you know? He’s always [with] the kids and I love that the world gets to see that too. And the reaction has been fabulous. I love seeing people love him the way that I love him," she said.

Jackie continued about the fan's reaction to her husband: "I just love seeing people love Evan. That means a lot to me. Because, you know, initially, like you said, this wasn’t his thing. He was doing it for me. So the fact that like the world fell in love with him I love so much."

As Season 11 plays out, Jackie noted that their family had "some really cute moments this season. I love all our family scenes. They’re my favorite."

In the end, with so many years together, Jackie noted, "I think I would say that nothing is perfect but Evan [is], our relationship is as perfect as I can imagine. We’re really just patient and understanding with each other and we really just love each other so much that there’s nothing that can really break us."
