Caroline Manzo may have lost 20 pounds by restricting her diet and going mainly vegetarian — but that doesn't mean that boozy lunch is off the table!
In fact, she's very much still a fan of the social outing. Sharing a pic of two cocktails on a table, she captioned the snap, "This rainy Friday calls for FUNCH (fun lunch)."
And yes, you know how much you love the way "funch" rolls off the tongue — and, if you're anything like us, you'll be saying it plenty now too. (Hey thanks, Caroline!)
Well, Caroline's daughter Lauren lives to troll her mom's Instagram food pictures — and this latest post provided a rich opportunity.
"Thinking about it now," Lauren commented on the pic. "Just bc u guys get like 1 or 2 drinks each doesn’t make it 'fun' I feel like u just are both bored talking about not fun things and call it Funch just bc u get a drink. If you wanna day drink just day drink dude. It doesn’t need to be declared a Funch."
Tomato, to-mah-to. And we're definitely still going with "funch."
