Teresa Giudice's Hack for Healthy Eating? "Always Look for This" When Dining Out

The Real Housewives of New Jersey fitness buff shared a simple hack for sticking to a clean-eating regime. 


Teresa Giudice has had a big summer for celebrations. But after serving up a few cakes and family-style dinners, The Real Housewives of New Jersey fitness buff is back to her clean-eating ways — and she's willing to share her tricks for getting back on the wagon.

In a recent Instagram post, Teresa revealed her rule of thumb for sticking to her diet even when temptation abounds. To caption a post that showed off her breakfast at a diner, the Jersey mama wrote this: "Starting my day with veggie packed egg white omelette and fresh fruit!" 

The moral of this story? Teresa added, "Always look for a veggie heavy meal on the menu when dining out. You'll feel satisfied longer & full quicker!" 

Presumably, she could have ordered pancakes. But this looks pretty good as well:
