As Gretchen Rossi prepares to welcome her first baby with beau Slade Smiley, she's in good company. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has a close friend who's also expecting, and Gretchen couldn't wait to fete her fellow mama-to-be at a recent baby shower. And when we saw the gift that Gretchen selected for her pal, we took it as a sign that Gretchen's own baby is going to have the most adorably extra style of anyone who's still in diapers.
For the luncheon, Gretchen picked up an engraved pacifier that looks like something Marie Antoinette would suck on as a baby. With a golden chain that clips onto the baby's clothing, the lavish paci comes in a jewel-encrusted holder decked with glittering angel wings.
