The ladies dressed to the nines in the name of a very good cause.

Yolanda and Bella Hadid Open Up About Lyme Disease Journey

Everybody loves a good reason to dress up — and it's even better if there's a good cause behind it. So when the Global Lyme Alliance hosted its annual black-tie gala on October 11, dapper tuxes, gorgeous gowns, and sparkles galore filled Cipriani 42nd Street. Now, we may be biased, but we think the Housewives who showed up were among the best dressed guests of all.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

The gala, which raises funds for Lyme Disease research, has a history of attracting 'Wives from both coasts. After all, it supports a cause that hits close to home for more than one of them. Yolanda Hadid has been very public about her battle with the sickness, and Ramona Singer, who spoke and was honored at this year's event, recently opened up about how it affected her own sister. So when the ladies showed up to support the cause, they put their best faces — and fashion — forward.

In addition to Yolanda and Ramona, the event saw Tinsley Mortimer, Sonja Morgan, Luann de Lesseps, and Dorinda Medley clinking flutes to medical advancements. And of course, Ramona's daughter Avery Singer wouldn't have missed her mother's night in the spotlight.

Ramona wore a ruffled evening gown in a midnight-blue hue. And since it was Ramona wearing it, the dress had to have a fun, flirty kick. Click through the pics below to see the peek-a-boo back:

Yolanda Hadid was glowing in winter white, and she incorporated a hint of sparkle with silver shoes.

Sonja wore a little black dress from her own collection, Sonja by Sonja Morgan, while Tinsley Mortimer shimmered in a gauzy, pale pink dress with gold embellishments.

Dorinda Medley looked like a ray of sunshine in a ruffled yellow dress by Elie Saab.

Avery looked like a more demure version of Jessica Rabbit in a floor-skimming red gown.

Luann attended as well, smiling in a silky, navy jumpsuit accented with black crystals.
