Lucky To Be Privileged

Fashion Week recap.

By Luann de Lesseps

This episode saw an awkward moment between you and Ramona at the Alice + Olivia show. Can you talk a little more about that?

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Peacock and catch up on the Bravo app

I think Ramona speaks a little too quickly. I'm guilty of it too. I don't think she really understood what she said would hurt my feelings. Your daughter and Jill's daughter Ally connected at the 17 party. Are they still friendly? How was the party?

Victoria and Ally had a good time at the party. They'd just met, so it was a little uncomfortable at first for Victoria. It was also the first concert she'd ever been to, so it was a big night for her. It was great to see her and Ally dancing and getting into watching Ne-Yo. I was amazed -- he is a great entertainer and cute too. Victoria and Ally see each other and school and talk often. I think they really like each other as people.

This was the big fashion week episode! Can you shed some light on what the week is like? The shows, party and overall scene?

Fashion Week is great fun. Normally I go to a couple of shows, not a lot. This year I was very busy getting the kids back to school, and the fact they got lice from summer camp in Europe didn't help. Even Rosanna couldn't get those critters out. Thank God for LiceBusters. And anything else you'd like to add!

I just want to say again that I'm lucky to be privileged, not guilty. Being a countess is an honor, not a job. I do a lot of charity work in my life and you will see that on the last episode. I'm an American Indian (Algonquin) form a family of 7 kids. My husband always calls me the true aristocrat of the family.
