Bethenny Frankel Had the Sweetest Birthday Celebration for Her Fiancé, Paul Bernon
The Real Housewives of New York City alum celebrated her love in a way that was both cheesy and super sweet.
Bethenny Frankel's fiancé, Paul Bernon, recently celebrated his birthday. On July 29, The Real Housewives of New York City alum took to Instagram with heart-flecked birthday wishes for her love, as well as a Stevie Wonder-scored montage of couples' photos. And in her Instagram Stories, the Skinnygirl mogul shared a peek at Paul's delicious birthday dinner.
In one clip, Bethenny zoomed in on a thin-crust cheese pizza. Next, she showed a chocolate birthday cake with blue icing that said "Happy Birthday Paul" on top. The candlelit cake was plied with piped-on swirls of chocolate frosting, and it had little polka dots of blue, white, and purple along its sides. A Yoda figurine stood sentry over the treat, adding a little Star Wars magic to the scene.
Bethenny and the birthday boy went Instagram official back in 2018, and broke up for a short time in 2020. However, the duo was spotted out and about together in early 2021 — and it looks like they've had many a sweet time together since. In March, it was announced that the duo got engaged.
