A yoga inversion on dry land isn't tough enough for Bethenny Frankel: This experienced yogi is throwing a paddle board into the mix.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum just showed off a vacation snap from her New Year's vacation, which involved lots of bikinis and burgers — and lots of bikini-clad paddle board yoga too. She posted a photo on Instagram that showed her in a cute, strappy, sky blue bikini while balanced on a paddle board in a forearm stand. Bethenny joked in the caption of this photo: "Who is feeling a little upside down in 2020?"
Yoga's been a mainstay of Bethenny's life for years — just check out her equally impressive poses and inversions from beach vacations past. She even practices with her daughter, Bryn Hoppy. "Yoga offers something different for everyone: meditation, fitness, a relaxing environment, stretching—you name it," she's written about her yoga philosophy.
