Bethenny Frankel is parting ways with her beloved Morning Glory House. First purchased in 2017 for $2.03 million, Bethenny was smitten with the stunning home from the get-go. “I purchased this house sort of on a whim,” Bethenny told The Real Housewives of New York City friend Barbara Kavovit on the show last year. “Just because I couldn’t resist it, I thought it was a great deal and I loved it. I’m not sure if I should sell it or just keep renting it?”

Well, after 19 months on the market, Bethenny finally sold the property — but for a lot less than she was hoping for. Originally listed for $2.995 million, Bethenny dropped the price several times, with the last ask being $2.595 million. She closed earlier this month at $2.28 million, which is a whopping $315,000 less than she wanted.

The Skinnygirl mogul managed to eke out a tidy profit of $250,000 from her original investment — though given the fact that she did renovate the home, the profit might be a lot less.

This comes just after news that Bethenny sold her former two-bedroom NYC condo at $550,000 less than the asking price—she purchased that space for $4.2 million back in 2014 and sold it earlier this year for $3.995 million.
