On the March 7 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the host named The Real Housewives of New York City alum the "Jackhole of the Day," which he explained was "for the news that she's leaving New York City. Her SoHo apartment has reportedly sold, she plans to split her time between the Hamptons and Connecticut."

Earlier that day, The New York Post reported that Bethenny found a buyer for her SoHo loft, which she purchased and renovated in 2017. Although, according to The Post, the sale is currently pending, a contract has been signed.

Now, after selling her other SoHo home in 2020, Bethenny will no longer have a home base in NYC. “Her residences will be in the Hamptons and Connecticut,” her rep Jill Fritzo told The Post. However, Fritzo explained, Bethenny will continue to have “a presence” in the Big Apple.

Before talking about Bethenny's move out of NYC, Andy also gave her the "Mazel of the Day" for raising more than $25 million for the people of Ukraine through her BStrong foundation. "I am so proud to see Bethenny show up and deliver time again for people in need. By the way, Bethenny could just spend her days flipping houses south of the highway, but she's helping people instead, and that's why she's getting tonight's Mazel."
