From providing care kits to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) through her BStrong initiative to sharing expert tips on how to work productively from home, Bethenny Frankel has been busy at work to help others amid the pandemic. So how has The Real Housewives of New York City alum prepared her own home during this difficult time? By filling her pantry with plenty of delicious comfort food.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

Through her Instagram Stories, Bethenny has been sharing glimpses of the necessities she’s stocked her kitchen with, and the kinds of meals she’s preparing at home. Her shelves are full of tons of yummy staples.

Perhaps the most impressive part about Bethenny’s pantry is the fact that she has an organizational drawer dedicated specifically to different kinds of pasta from farfalline to spaghetti. She’s clearly not messing around when it comes to sauce, either, as she’s got rows of Rao’s Homemade jars lined up. And for moments when you just want to slurp up something delicious without waiting too long, it appears that she’s even got some instant noodles, too.

Italian cuisine isn’t the only thing Bethenny is reaching for. On March 17, she spiced things up and shared some footage while she prepared a classic meal. Using Trader Joe’s Fancy Shredded Mexican Style Cheese, some Old El Paso refried beans, soft yellow corn tortillas, and brown rice, she whipped up a delicious-looking quesadilla.

On March 16, Bethenny also shared a crisis food tip on Twitter. “I’m shocked at the obsession with meat during a crisis,” she wrote. “Side note: Beans + rice = a complete protein.”
