It turns out Dorinda Medley isn't the only member of her family who can make it nice.

In an April 12 Instagram Story, The Real Housewives of New York City cast member shared a video of a surprise she found at her Berkshires, Massachusetts home, Blue Stone Manor. "It looks like the Easter bunny was here," Dorinda says in the clip, showing a variety of cookies decorated for the holiday. "Isn't that beautiful?"

Explaining the cookies had come from her sister, Dorinda noted: "She's talented. That's Melinda."

In addition to the sweet treats, it appears Melinda also left Dorinda a basket full of socks, flowers, a chocolate bunny, and other chocolates including Twix and Reese's.

"That is nice, Melinda," Dorinda said in the clip. "Thank you."

In an Instagram post, Dorinda showed off a few contents of the basket, writing: "Trying to stay positive. Happy Easter."

Dorinda and her daughter, Hannah, have been hunkered down at their beloved second home amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. "You know, I never really get to spend a lot of time up here," Dorinda told BravoTV.com in March. "I’m a weekender, I come on Friday and [leave] on Monday morning. So, it’s been really nice to dig in up here."

Spending this extended time at the abode is especially meaningful for Dorinda, who recently told BravoTV.com about the devastation she felt after the home suffered a severe flood. "The house was closed for eight months! I had close to $1 million worth of damage," she said. "I would work all day in the house in a snowsuit. I had to literally — in my basement and in the other rooms — take out every piece of clothing, take out every curtain because they were worried about mold. I had to go through each thing."

However, the months of work paid off in many ways for Dorinda. "What started out as a tremendous negative ended up being an incredible positive," she said at the time. "Other people, they look at me as someone so strong and so able, but I’m actually very vulnerable. I actually get very scared sometimes. I think this process gave me a lot of empowerment, like, you are on your own, but you’re strong! You’re able to do it."
