Dorinda Medley Shares a Look at Her 1991 Berkshires Wedding Venue
The Real Housewives of New York City chatelaine has become obsessed with historical cottages — but one in particular has her heart.
Dorinda Medley has been spending lots of time at her Berkshires estate this summer, but Blue Stone Manor isn't the only grand home in the area that's caught her fancy.
In a recent Instagram share, The Real Housewives of New York City chatelaine revealed her latest obsession. "During Quarantine I’ve become fascinated with the Gilded Age 'Berkshire Cottages,'" she wrote. Then, she shared some sentimental details about one manse in particular.
"Robertson Patterson had Blantyre Castle built in 1903, one year after Blue Stone Manor, and in many ways feels very similar in [its] intent," she wrote. "Fun Facts: I use to waitress there! Had my wedding reception there in 1991."
A carousel of photos showed the lit facade of the Blantyre Castle at night, and another photo seemed to offer a peek inside the historic property. Wearing a big smile and a rather fabulous zebra print, Dorinda posed at the foot of a sweeping staircase abutting a paneled wall.
If only these walls could talk.
