Leah McSweeney Reveals the "Non-Photoshopped Boob Photo" from Her Paper Mag Shoot
The Real Housewives of New York City cast member explains why it was important to her to show the unedited surgery scar on her breast.
Leah McSweeney recently appeared in a photo spread for Paper magazine, and each picture was more racy and dazzling than the last. In the pics — which have a dreamy, blurred effect —The Real Housewives of New York City cast member wore chunky furs, teeny bikinis, and blinding bling. But there's one more thing that Leah had hoped to see in that spread.
While sharing some photos from the Paper shoot on Instagram, the streetwear designer posted an unedited snap that hadn't made it into the magazine. In the photo, Leah wore hoop earrings, a Dior dog tag necklace, and golden overalls that were unbuttoned on one side. The unfiltered snap exposed the post-plastic surgery scar on one of her breasts.
"I had wanted the non photoshopped boob photo to be published but accidentally the scar from my boob lift was edited out," Leah wrote in her caption. "Here it is in all its glory for the sake of transparency."
Leah has always been candid about her cosmetic procedures. In 2020, after getting a nose job, she wrote: "I am not trying to hide anything from anybody. I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty. I could not be happier. I've been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe, which is great.”
