Ramona Shares All the Fabulous Details of Her "Beautiful Night with the Girls"
RHONY alum Ramona Singer shared a peek at the dinner she prepared for her daughter, Avery, and her friends.
Like many current and former Housewives, Ramona Singer loves to entertain. Whether it’s a lavish birthday party with dozens of guests or a small backyard BBQ with a handful of friends, The Real Housewives of New York City alum always goes the extra mile when taking on hosting duties. And this weekend was no exception.
Ramona Singer hosts a "girls" dinner at her Hamptons home
On August 25, the former RHONY ’Wife took to Instagram to share a look at the intimate dinner she hosted at her Hamptons abode. Attendees included Ramona’s daughter, Avery Singer, as well as Jolie Lauren Golub — the co-founder of Avery’s event planning business, BachBoss.
“Well, me and the girls just did 10,000 steps to the ocean,” Ramona said in an Instagram Story that was filmed in her kitchen. “We’re having dinner — filet mignon, individual, literally 8 ounces of steak each.”
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip mom then provided a peek at some of the food she was serving. Ramona highlighted a delicious-looking salad with fresh basil and mozzarella from Halsey Farm Stand, as well as some sauteed mushrooms, corn on the cob, and a bottle of Jordan Winery cabernet.
Ramona Singer shows off her dinner table setting
Ramona returned to Instagram several minutes later to share a closer look at the dinner's charming table setting.
“Well, we’re having a great dinner. I always start everything with ‘well.’ I don’t know why, but we’re having a beautiful steak, which I said before,” she told the camera. “I love our setting. It’s cool, relaxing, and we actually lit the [fireplace].”
The table was adorned with a few tea candles and white orchids in vases. The dishware was white with light red trim, which went perfectly with the dark-brown placemats, the forest green cloth napkins, and the butterfly-shaped napkin rings.
“Beautiful night with the girls,” Ramona wrote in the story, which tagged Jessica Dewar of The Settling Collective, a Hamptons-based business that specializes in luxury picnics and curated events.
Ramona Singer toasts to her daughter Avery's business success
After showing off the beautiful setup, Ramona took some time to applaud Avery and Jordan for their BachBoss venture.
“Cheers to my girls. Love you,” she said, before kissing her daughter on the cheek. “To the BachBoss partners, to much success. They already have success, but they’re gonna have even more, more, more! Bring it on!”
Avery Singer shares an update on her living situation
Ramona hosted the dinner fresh off her trip to Chicago, where she assisted Avery in her apartment hunt. The mother and daughter spoke about the experience on the August 23 episode of their Turtle Time podcast.
“We found an apartment! I’m making a big commitment," the RHONY daughter said. “You were being such a mom, but like a stressful mom, because I don’t need to move until October 1. So I’m already ahead of the game here. And we were just going to see a couple of places just for funsies, and you know she was ready to whip out her tape measure, take notes… But I’m just so glad that you came and pushed me to get a bigger place.”
Ramona said she was quite pleased with the apartment complex and all of its amenities.
“I love your building,” she said. “I love the fact that if you want to barbecue steak or chicken, you go straight to the deck; they have these individual barbecues… The gym was huge, the workstation, the work areas, the lounging areas — it was like staying at a resort.”
