Ramona Singer's Daughter Avery Is Moving Across the Country: "Super Excited"
The Real Housewives of New York City mom shared how she's feeling about saying goodbye to her daughter and dog, Coco.
In April, Avery Singer took to Instagram to ask her followers for advice. "If you were similar in my shoes, where you had a fully remote job for the next two years, and you were lease-less like myself, and you have no ties anywhere, what would you do for the next two years?" she posed in a video. Five months later, Avery revealed that she's made a major decision about her next steps.
"I chose a city. I'm moving to Chicago tomorrow," The Real Housewives of New York City daughter said in a September 9 Instagram Story. "I honestly have only been one time properly for work, and I'm super excited to just try something different, embrace the unknown, and really lean into this being remote."
Ramona Singer has mixed feelings about the big move. When asked by her daughter, "How do you feel about me leaving?" Ramona replied, "I don't know. You're not really leaving, you're just visiting another place. I'll visit you, and you'll still come back and visit here." In a video the following day, she wrote she was feeling "sad and happy at the same time."
Avery is bringing another member of their family along for the journey. "My coco baby is obviously coming with me," she captioned a photo of herself holding their beloved dog. In a September 10 Story, Ramona documented her "last walk with Coco and Avery" and declared, "My young girls are leaving me, but I will visit them." She added via a caption, "Go take Chicago over [Avery]."
