In a recent Instagram post, the Real Housewives of New York City cast member introduced us to "Eggs a la Dorinda." These eggs are poached and scrambled, then gobbled up with buttered toast points. Sound delicious? Good, because we have more deets on how to whip up this dish.
After fans asked her exactly how she prepares her answer to eggs a la Francais, Dorinda obliged us all by sharing the complete recipe:
- 3 eggs whisked
- Salt and pepper
- Create a tornado in simmering water.
- Pour egg mixture into swirling simmering water
- Swirl gently for one minute
- Then let stand for three minutes
- Drain in a slotted large whisk
- Serve on buttered toast points
