Before we know it, Halloween candy will be tempting us at every turn. (OK, fine: We already bought a bag of mini Snickers.) Then, it'll be onto stuffing and pies and holiday roasts, and a big fat champagne toast at midnight to top it all off. In short, the season of indulgence is about to begin, so now's the time to do a little detoxing if you have the chance — and Sonja Morgan's Instagram feed is offering us some inspiration in that vein. The Real Housewives of New York City fashion designer is currently staying at Hilton Head Health, where she's gobbling up all the veggies. In her vacation posts, Sonja has given us ample menu ideas for meatless Monday: She's eaten roasted carrots with shaved radishes, squash with almonds, barley, and shrimp, and — the pièce de résistance  — zucchini pasta with a nut-based Alfredo sauce.
