Sonja Morgan Shows Her Whole Foods Grocery Haul as She Starts a New Diet
The Real Housewives of New York City fashion designer has tamed up with celebrity trainer Jorge Cruise to start a new eating regime. But first, groceries!
In a recent Instagram post, celebrity trainer Jorge Cruise made a big announcement. And it centered — as all the best announcements do — on a couple of Real Housewives.
"I'll be joining [Dorinda Medley] and [Sonja Morgan] [to] transform their health my [Cruise Control Fasting] method," he shared. What does this diet entail? As Cruise explains on his website, it's basically his own take on the intermittent fasting style of eating. On Cruise's plan, dieters can eat certain things during fasting hours, including coffees laced with butter and sugar-free desserts. And when it's time to eat, they can feast on an anti-inflammatory diet made up of fats, healthy carbs, and protein.
Now that Sonja is preparing to try the new eating style, her trainer took her on a trip to Whole Foods. Showing off her haul, The Real Housewives of New York City designer shared that she'd be stocking her kitchen with cauliflower pizza crust, grain-free tortilla chips, olives, pesto, lemons for salt water, alternative sweeteners, and cheese. "Cheese is allowed when I'm eating," Sonja shared merrily. Also in her stash: Chickpea pasta, monk fruit, and chocolate syrup.
Hmm... salt water, olives, and chocolate syrup? We'll be curious to see how this diet plays out! In the meantime, take a look at some of the prep work, below:
