Dorinda Medley Shares a Must-See Throwback from Her Waitressing Days
The Real Housewives of New York City's Dorinda Medley gave her followers a peek at her past.
In Season 11 of The Real Housewives of New York City, viewers became acquainted with a part of Dorinda Medley's past that involved leg warmers and candy-colored spandex (see the clip above). But "'80s aerobics instructor" isn't the only scintillating chapter in Dorinda's past. In a recent Instagram post, the New Yorker gave us another glimpse at a previous life.
In a throwback snap, the former Red Lion Inn waitress posted a 1984 letter of recommendation from the owner of the Lenox, Massachusetts restaurant. Here's what he wrote about Dorinda, using her maiden name:
"To whom it may concern: I want you to know that Dorinda Cinkala has worked here at the Red Lion Inn for a number of years and my wife and I give her the very best of recommendations. She is always polite, neat in appearance, cooperative, prompt and reliable, and a fast learner."
He continued, "However, the quality that separates Dorinda from most of her associates here is her big smile she always has and her wonderful relationship with guests as well as her superiors. You people are really lucky to have Dorinda and your gain is our loss."
