Heather Dubrow Just Bought a "Love Shack" in L.A.: "I’m in a Very Transitional Stage"

Pop the champs! The Real Housewives of Orange County's Heather Dubrow has another new home, and no, it's not in Cabo. As if Dubrow Chateau wasn't enough, Heather and husband Terry Dubrow "just bought a place" in Los Angeles, she revealed at BravoCon 2022.

Referring to their new pad as a "love shack" during the Oh Say Can You OC panel on Sunday, October 16, the RHOC 'Wife joked, "Yeah I know [Terry's] cheating on me, whatever," adding, "Success breeds contempt, don't forget that."

Though she brought her fellow RHOC cast members along to Mexico to view the property on which she and Terry planned to build a vacation home during Season 16, that plan hasn't come to fruition just yet. The reason? "The thing about Cabo is it's L.A. prices right now," Heather noted during the panel. 

Elsewhere at BravoCon, she also shared more about the reason she and Terry are expanding their real estate empire. During a sit-down on BravoTV.com’s digital interview stage, Heather explained that she and her family are at a crossroads right now.

 

"I'm in a very transitional stage in my family's life with two kids off to college and the third not that far behind — and then the fourth not that far behind that," she said, referring to their children Nick, Max, Kat, and Collette. "You know, Terry and I have been having lots of conversations about what's happening next with us."

As Heather elaborated, "What I would say is, just like when you first get married and you're having those conversations about where you're gonna go, what you're gonna do with your lives, we're kind of having like a second moment of that. Like, 'Oh my god, they're almost gone. What are we gonna do? Where are we gonna go?' And so we got this apartment as kind of our little pied-à-terre in B-H to see where we're going next."
