One fan asked Vicki about the legal matter during the Real Housewives: OGs Only panel moderated by Andy Cohen. “I’m going to get that guy,” Vicki said, as reported by Page Six. “I’m going to get him. We have our next hearing in December. I’m going to get him. I’m going after him for lying.”

Vicki accused Brooks of breach of written agreement, breach of verbal agreement, fraud, misrepresentation, and other claims related to money he has allegedly not paid her back, according to legal documents filed in Clark County, Nevada in April and obtained by E! News at the time.

During the BravoCon panel, Vicki also alleged that Brooks' wife, Christy Groves, whom he married in March 2018, was "another sugar mama that he’s probably taking advantage of.”

Vicki and Brooks dated for four years before she announced their breakup in August 2015. The OG of the RHOC is currently engaged to Steve Lodge. The couple has been together since April 2016.
