According to court documents first obtained and published by The Blast, Rossi is allegedly behind almost $26,000 in condo payments on her Costa Mesa abode. She owes the payments to a company called Quality Loan and has an unpaid mortgage balance of $431,529.79, according to the court documents.

The Blast reported that Quality Loan informed Rossi in April that she had 90 days to settle the outstanding payments debt or a public auction date would be set. The company later set a public auction date of August 26 at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim.

Rossi hasn't commented publicly on the matter.
