Gretchen Rossi faced a difficult recovery after she gave birth to her first child, Skylar Gray Smiley, just three weeks ago. Now, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom may be facing a fight to save her home, which she recently redecorated to get ready for Skylar's arrival.
According to court documents first obtained and published by The Blast, Rossi is allegedly behind almost $26,000 in condo payments on her Costa Mesa abode. She owes the payments to a company called Quality Loan and has an unpaid mortgage balance of $431,529.79, according to the court documents.
The Blast reported that Quality Loan informed Rossi in April that she had 90 days to settle the outstanding payments debt or a public auction date would be set. The company later set a public auction date of August 26 at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim.
Rossi hasn't commented publicly on the matter.
