There are dinner parties… and then there are dinner parties at Dubrow Chateau. As we all know, Heather Dubrow loves her a cozy dinner party. She actually designed the dining room in the 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach, California mansion to be the ultimate entertaining space — with incredible views from every vantage point, an adjacent (hidden) butler’s kitchen, a square-shaped table that encourages conversation and seamless indoor/outdoor spaces.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

“I love dinner parties,” The Real Housewives of Orange County alum explained in a recent Heather’s Closet video. “It actually took me a long time to have a dinner party in this room... but six months ago I finally threw [one] here and it was epic. The décor was amazing, the food was phenomenal, company was great, we played music, we ended up dancing, it was so, so fun.” (See more of that exceptional evening here.)

And her most recent fete was no different. In a series of posts shared with her 1.5 million Instagram followers, Heather gave sneak peeks of the evening, where she hosted three couples plus herseld and Terry. We're just gonna go ahead and say the tabletop decor stunning! Eschewing any linens to let her black lacquered table shine, Heather placed each setting atop a gold and black charger, and placed a romantic maroon floral centerpiece in the middle of the table. The broody tablescape was definitely fall-inspired, as was the four-course meal.

You might also spy the gift boxes flanking each setting? Yep, those are the guests' party favors. Describing what was in the boxes the next day, Heather said, “First of all, there’s a little bee on top which is for my grandma who was named Beatrice, and I like bees a lot because of her. Sometimes its hard to know what to get for favors because you don’t always know someone’s spouse or what they’d like. So what I did was holiday brittle, you can see it’s actually sparkly glitter peanut brittle, it’s delicious and it’s beautiful. Then in this bigger box, voila, my fave [Champagne]. So, that was it everyone got, some brittle and a roadie. I mean perfect way to go home in your Uber, right?”

It's the details that make Dubrow parties so epic — and in addition to dining in a space that’s on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant, the Dubrows are also down to have a good time. Stuffy, they are not! Need proof? In a post to her Instagram page, Heather shared what she and her guests do in between courses… and it’s both genius and hilarious. Check out the tap dancing video below.

Burning calories? Check. Having a blast? Check. Involving the whole family? Check! Scoring an invite to the next Dubrow dinner party just became a “must” on our bucket list. And can we just say that Heather is nailing that shuffle ball change?!
