Let’s be real here, there are mansions… and then there’s Dubrow Chateau, that gargantuan $21 million home built by Heather Dubrow and her husband, Terry. Located in the tony Newport Beach nabe — and directly overlooking the ocean — the 22,000-square-foot home is the epitome of extravagance.

And let’s not forget the movie theater — you remember, the one that suffered a major flood twice?! Well, with 24 reclining seats that each have their own phone charging station and a massive screen, the room cost a whopping $1 million to outfit.
So. Much. Wood.
And then there’s the home’s many, many, cabinets. We’ve seen Heather’s laundry room, after all, so when she revealed that she spent $630,000 on all of the home’s cabinetry, well, actually, we were still pretty surprised. That’s a lot of cabinets, and a whole lot of money, people!
