Jeana Keough Is Selling Her Coto de Caza Home for $3M: See Inside
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is ready to make a big move and become bi-coastal.
As a real estate agent, Jeana Keough is constantly surrounded by exciting deals, but her latest one is particularly personal. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum just announced that she has listed her five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the gated community of Coto de Caza, California, where her neighbors include Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson, for $2.998 million.
“My daughter Kara Bosworth and my beautiful [grandbaby] Decker live in Jacksonville, Florida, so I am going to be bicoastal!” she told PEOPLE.
Let's take a peek inside Jeana's home in the heart of RHOC land!
Exterior
Jeana's custom estate is set off from the street by a long private driveway that leads into a circle driveway entrance. It sits on 1.2 acres and features what she says is an "ancient" oak tree, as well as redwoods, liquid ambers, sycamores, evergreens, apple and citrus trees. The property also has a newly graded yard that's pool-ready, plus walking trails and a private hill with a view of Saddleback Mountain.
Kitchen
Jeana recently remodeled the kitchen, adding custom cabinetry, Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, and a farmhouse sink. She designed the island to hold lots of storage. Not pictured here: her breakfast nook, separate prep kitchen, and walk-in pantry.
Dining Room
A large crystal chandelier anchors Jeana's dining room, which has stone floors and custom wrought iron railings.
Living Room
The living room is bright and airy thanks to 12-foot ceilings with light beams and the Pella windows that are featured throughout the open floor plan of the house.
Closet/Bathroom
Take a peek inside her bathroom, which has a sumptuous tub, and her walk-in closet, which would be anyone's dream to fill.
Master Bedroom
Jeana's bedroom looks like a vacation in and of itself, especially with that romanic four-poster bed and all the thriving greenery. There's also a one-bedroom guest house with a marble tub on the property. Perhaps the next new Housewife should snap this estate up, stat?
