We’re Obsessed with the Sweet Artwork for Meghan King Edmonds' New Home
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum commissioned a thoughtful piece.
One of the biggest trials and tribulations of decorating my home has been sourcing artwork. I’m always on the prowl for pieces that have meaning — whether it’s a beautiful abstract loosely based on my favorite vacation spot or a print of lyrics to one of my favorite rap songs ever — and hate just slapping something on my walls for the sake of it taking up space.
Which is why I did a triple take when Meghan King Edmonds recently shared a super thoughtful piece of art she’s placing in her sprawling new home in St. Louis.
Part of artist Jenn Thatcher’s “Black Jack” series, the painting features seven overlapping circles, representing the seven members of The Real Housewives of Orange County alum’s family. “I can’t wait to put it up in my new house,” Meghan wrote on her Instagram stories page.
The artwork comes encased in a gold leafed frame that measures 17- by 20-inches, and similar pieces cost $395. Want one for yourself? Thatcher still has many nearly-identical Black Jack paintings available on her site, but you’re going to want to grab them soon before they sell out!
