Meghan King Edmonds Has a "Special" 35th Birthday While in NOLA for Hart's Treatment
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum made sure her home away from home was filled with birthday decor.
Meghan King Edmonds has been taking a break from building her dream home in St. Louis to stay in a beautiful, white-shuttered New Orleans abode, where The Real Housewives of Orange County alum just celebrated her 35th birthday. The welcoming home away from home probably doesn't have its own bowling alley, indoor basketball court, and baseball batting cage like the mansion she's building in Missouri does, but it looks like a cheerful place to mark the anniversary of her birth.
"It's a special birthday for me in NOLA! Thank you Katherine Koerner," she wrote to a dear friend who gave her a lovely bouquet of 35 pink and yellow balloons on Instagram Stories.
Meghan is in Louisiana for a serious reason: Her son Hart is undergoing treatment for a brain injury and is currently having hyperbaric oxygen treatments in New Orleans for a month, which keeps her apart from her husband, Jim Edmonds, their other two children, Aspen and Hayes, and her stepchildren from Jim's previous marriage. But Hart is starting to make wonderful strides, including taking some of his first steps — and that's all the more reason to celebrate!
