Emily Simpson's New Before-and-After Pics Prove Her Fitness Journey Is Paying Off

"I’m not where I want to be yet, but these photos are proof that I can get there!" The Real Housewives of Orange County lawyer shared.

Earlier this year, Emily Simpson opened up about her struggle with weight gain due to chronic pain from arthritis: The Real Housewives of Orange County mom revealed that she had "gained about 15-20 pounds over the past 9 months" and quit working out with her trainer regularly. Since then, Emily has embarked on a new fitness journey, and her persistence and hard work is certainly paying off.

On Thursday, Emily posted an update about her training progress on Instagram. Along with before-and-after photos, Emily shared a caption with high praise for the weight loss coaching program that has helped her get back in shape, Paulina Fitness. "I wanted to share with you guys as you’ve been so supportive of my journey! These progress photos are 7 weeks apart! I’m not where I want to be yet, but these photos are proof that I can get there!" she wrote. 

Emily, indeed, looks more toned and stronger than ever in her most recent photo. Just look at her crushing that arm workout. 

She added: "Paulina has encouraged me to enjoy my body at every stage and we set small weekly goals to reach! It’s all about BALANCE and being proud of the small daily changes! Just getting up and moving at all is a huge improvement!"

You are an inspiration, Emily. Keep crushin' it, girl!
