Gina Kirschenheiter Shows Off Her Rock Solid Abs in a Sports Bra

Jennifer Lopez's favorite activewear brand has a fan in Orange County. That would be Gina Kirschenheiter, who just did a little photo shoot while wearing a legging and bra set from Niyama Sol. That's the brand that got the ultimate compliment from J.Lo last year, who raved in a hashtag that these workout leggings "make the booty look good."

Meanwhile, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom's abs are so ripped in this cheerful Niyama Sol pink and orange combo. "I like to take classes but I’ve also worked with a trainer," Gina wrote in the comments, and she shared a bit of her refreshingly balanced healthy living philosophy in the comments of her post. "I try to work out 3 days a week and eat semi decent. I go up and down in weight," she wrote.

Gina said in another comment: "I’m not super restrictive. I live that 70/30 life. I believe in imperfection. I believe in healthy. I try my best and it’s my best! My best trick....if u want something bad...eat it for breakfast! Cake, cookies, whatever! U will burn it off by the end of the day!! But then that’s it! Eat healthy the rest of the day!"
